Scot Eisenfelder
Founder/Managing Partner - SERV Holdings
Scot began his automotive career at Booz Allen, where he analyzed Chrysler's retail network for a proposed merger and developed a deep appreciation for the complexities of auto retail. He then joined JD Power, contributing to pivotal engagements that helped revitalize the Audi and Subaru brands in the U.S. while honing his expertise in applying consumer data to auto marketing.
Scot returned briefly to Booz Allen before joining Accenture, where he managed global automotive projects in over 20 countries, leading innovations in eCommerce strategy, pricing, and marketing optimization. After returning to JD Power to lead its Retail Practice, Scot transitioned from consulting to become an executive at Reynolds & Reynolds, and later ran JM Family’s software business. Scot then moved to AutoNation, where he served as head of strategy and later as CMO, leveraging retail data to address key challenges facing auto retailers under the leadership of Mike Maroone. Across these roles, Scot built a career defined by using data and technology to drive retail transformation, laying the foundation for his later leadership and advisory positions in the automotive industry.

Rob Volatile
Founder/Managing Partner - SERV Holdings
Rob began his automotive career in 1992, starting in F&I at a Ford dealership before becoming a national finance and insurance trainer with ADG, where he trained over 1,000 finance managers and worked closely with major dealer groups, including Sonic Automotive during its IPO. In 1998, he founded Northeast Dealer Services, building it into a leading partner for finance income development and training across the Northeast region.
Over the next 15 years, Rob expanded his entrepreneurial efforts, launching multiple auto-related businesses and fostering a culture of excellence that earned him a trusted reputation among dealers. In 2014, he consolidated these ventures under Strategic Diversified, driving rapid growth and making the company a highly sought-after partner in dealer services. In 2021, Rob led an upstream merger with APCO Holdings, aiming to scale Strategic Diversified’s success nationally through APCO’s platform. At APCO, Rob served as Managing Director of EasyCare, collaborating with CEO Scot Eisenfelder to enhance APCO’s value proposition and impact across the automotive industry.
