SERV Results welcomes a new Vice President of sales and support: Jay Erkman 

 

We are pleased to announce and welcome Jay Erkman as the Vice President of Sales and Support at SERV Results.

 

With a strong background in manufacturing and automotive sales, Jay brings more than two decades of industry knowledge and leadership to our growing team. Prior to joining SERV Results, he held key roles at Littelfuse, Higher Gear, and Affinitiv, where he led successful initiatives in product growth, operational efficiency, sales strategy, customer support, and client retention. Jay’s ability to build high-performing teams and deliver measurable results has made him a respected leader in the industry.

 

In his new role, Jay will oversee the sales and support divisions at SERV Results, working to elevate client satisfaction and drive continued business success across all touchpoints.

 

Outside of the office, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their three children. Whether traveling as a family, attending his kids’ sporting events, hitting the golf course, or enjoying a date night with Heather, Jay values meaningful connections and creating lasting memories.
